Eine Kleine Nacht Musik

Eine Kleine Nacht Musik translates as 'A Little Night Music according to wikipedia anyhow.
Must admit I'm guilty of subscribing to too many blogs and continually buying music- so much infact that I've got too much to listen to and it terribly organised I sometimes hear something then can't find it again for months if ever.
Stumbled across this track which I assume was posted on a blog previously (sorry but don't know who.) On first listen this track reminds me of the aptly named holy fuck... turns out they are a band from UK.

check them here: einekleinemusik

hard to define- but I don't care much for genres to be honest! hope you enjoy anyhow.

Kings of Convenience

After writing the title for the last post, couldn't help but share this favourite of mine.
Probably my favourite band in the world. Kings of Convenience who thankfully announced they have a new album due out before the end of the year.
This track has been a favourite of mine since I first heard it- before I was even aware of the original infact. No doubt fans of the original will say this can't match the original but personally I enjoy it and thats what matters here- selfish I know.
A live cover recorded in Rome several years back- I could never get bored of this song.

Jichael Mackson

Spent much of today trying to get to grips with how this blog world actually works, when I wasn't muddling that up i was listening to a number of MJ tracks, some I hadn't heard in years, some I heard everytime the news came on and quickly got fed up.

Thought I couldn't let today pass without some sort of proper dedication- after all up until Daft Punks Homework came out when I was 12, the only tapes (yes tapes) I owned personally were;
Michael Jackson,
Alicias Attic- remember them anyone? Indestructible
and Liverpool FC's- pass and move it's the liverpool groove (with the famous John Barnes rap)
so you all have alot to be thankful for cause I could be sat here tonight posting about defunct 90's one hit wonders.

here is a quick mix i knocked up using a basic windows program which i find handy for snipping and cutting and blending- nothing technical... suits me fine!

Michael Jackson- edits, mashups, covers and interpretations

the tracklisting should appear inside the lyrics tab whilst playing hopfully- any problems please let me know.

Hope you enjoy

Beginning of my blog- Ending for the King of Pop

An inspiration for me certainly, and a few others around the planet.
Spent the day listening to his vast back catalogue but thought i'd post something which won't be found on every site in his memory.

Here is a heavenly track by legendary producer Brian Eno, somewhat haunting- holds good memories for me certainly since discovering a few years back.
